Feeding your hamster; The Don'ts

In regards to rabbits, some people believe that they can eat all vegetables, but I know this is not the case. Rabbits can't eat iceberg lettuce and should only have carrots and strawberries in very small portions.

Is this similar to hamsters?

There are some limitations what you can give to hamsters as well. No citrus fruits, or stone fruits as they call them should bee given to hamsters, and absolutely no form of onions either. Blue Berries, strawberries and raspberries are ok to give them but not to much and not to often, once a week is ok.🙂
